Green Acres Ranch has always been about children and animals, particularly horses. Founded in 1957 by Dr. Harold West, a pediatrician
from Whittier, CA, it was an ideal place to raise his children and a herd of beautiful Arabian horses. The ranch encompasses
50 pristine acres in the picturesque Valley de los Caballos (Valley of the Horses) in Temecula, CA.
Green Acres continues as
a family-run operation under the guidance of owner Margaret Rich and her two children, Katherine and Roy.
